Main spindle on high power direct drive fan integrates roller, in general, need to center before heating and installation, that means keep the axis lines of two inner rings in one line, after centering need to tighten inner and outer rings of bearing, at this time, what differs from other general bearing is no clearance between the outer ring and the bearing, therefore heating bearing inner ring only is not enough to avoid stress damage. Heating inner ring and outer ring of bearing at the same time, to achieve being heated evenly, then damage can be avoid. The device also supports removal function, the removal steps as follows:
- Heat upper inner ring of bearing , remove inner ring after heating is completed;
- Keep the outer ring , roller and lower inner ring integrated, continue to heat the lower inner ring;
- After lower inner ring heating is completed, remove the under inner ring by hydraulic cylinder or others assistant tools.
